Restaurant and residential building with underground parking designed for a plot on Egyetem Avenue in the city of Debrecen. In addition to the best possible use of the site's potential, the design was based on high architectural and technical quality.

The building was envisioned as an open hall of an industrial type, to serve transport needs. It will be built with prefabricated steel structure, composite slabs.
