Restaurant and residential building with underground parking designed for a plot on Egyetem Avenue in the city of Debrecen. In addition to the best possible use of the site’s potential, the design was based on high architectural and technical quality. A restaruant is located on the groundfloor of the building, while 64 flats are located on 8 floors, and a penthouse on the 9th floor. A terrace and a swimming pool are located on the roof. Under the building there are 3 basement levels, which function as an underground garage with lilf.
