Apartment building with a civis twist

Office and residential building designed for Iparkamara Street, Debrecen. Retaining the original front wall, the new building was designed with a car lift in the basement. On the ground floor and the 1st floor offices have been created, and on the 2nd floor and in the mansard a total of 10 flats have been built.
